Booktown at SPENS: Programme and Schedule

The central event of the Kaleidoscope of Culture’s literature week is Booktown, a unique concept in this part of Europe, which will turn the Novi Sad SPENS into a paradise for book lovers and admirers of different art forms that derive from literature. During the weekend, 17 and 18 September, Booktown will provide an answer to the question of why books are important to us through almost 50 programmes, many of which diverge from established ways of literary promotions. Theatre performances, children’s operas, public readings for young and elderly, musical performances, literary debates, and the fair programme will all be available to the public at SPENS. Admission to all events is free of charge.
