The ceremony of the gala opening of the third Kaleidoscope of Culture is scheduled for September 4 at 8 p.m.
During all four days of the opening of the Kaleidoscope of Culture (September 4 – 7), there will be a temporary change in the traffic in the part of Despota Stefana Boulevard – from the Freedom Bridge to the intersection with Šekspirova Street from Wednesday, 2 September to Friday, 4 September 4 until 2 a.m.
A temporary traffic ban will be in force in the part of Šekspirova Street – from Despota Stefana Boulevard to the Sunny Quay, in the unmarked parking lot near the Sunny Quay as well in at the parking lot in front of the ‘Živojin Ćulum’ student dormitory from Saturday, 5 September to Tuesday, 8 September.
During the opening ceremony of the third Kaleidoscope of Culture, all recommended epidemiological measures will be respected.
- All entrances will be equipped with cameras with non-contact temperature checker.
- Measures regarding the maximum number of visitors to events will be respected all the time.
- Visitors are required to wear protective masks at all events.
