Presentation of the ‘Digital Children’s Music World’ project will be held within the performing arts week of the Kaleidoscope of Culture in the Rumenka Cultural Station, on 12 September at 6 p.m.
Within the project, 100 compositions by Jovan Adamov will be edited and uploaded to the internet. Namely, the songs that we loved when we were children will be converted to digital format. In this manner, the music collection in educational and cultural institutions will be significantly enriched with contemporary children’s music by our famous composer, conductor and producer.
Being the producer of children’s songs, Adamov wrote music for theatres across the former Yugoslavia, which brought him awards at numerous festivals, including Zmaj Children Games. He is famous for his engagement in TV shows ‘Fore i fazoni’ and ‘Muzički tobogan’.
The fourth Kaleidoscope of Culture will be held from 2 September until 8 October 2021. During five weeks, this yearlong project of culture of togetherness that connects artists, cultural institutions, non-governmental organisations, citizens and visitors through various processes, will present five types of art. At the end of summer, the Kaleidoscope of Culture will present spaces and programmes throughout the city, promoting a unique image of the diversity of Novi Sad.
