Uroš Krčadinac, digital artist, programmer, author and educator, will hold a lecture ‘How to remain one and the same when each moment we turn into something new?’ within the week of applied arts and Design Pavillion on 2 October. The lecture begins at 6 p.m., in the SPENS amphitheatre.
Uroš Krčadinac’s transdisciplinary practice includes programming, writing, design, animation and cartography. He published research works in IEEE journals, while he exhibited his works at the re: publica festival (Greece / Germany), Emily Carr University (Canada), SANU Gallery, Belgrade Museum of Science and Technology, etc.
He holds a PhD in Informatics from the University of Belgrade. He works as an assistant professor of digital art and computer science at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, as a research associate at UB and as an associate at the Design Seminar in Petnica.
The fourth ‘Kaleidoscope of Culture’ will be held from 2 September until 8 October 2021. During five weeks, this yearlong project of culture of togetherness that connects artists, cultural institutions, non-governmental organisations, citizens and visitors through various processes, will present five types of art. At the end of summer, the Kaleidoscope of Culture will present spaces and programmes throughout the city, promoting a unique image of the diversity of Novi Sad.
