The First Week of the Kaleidoscope of Culture in the Context of Applied Art

As the most significant regional art festival and Europe’s top trend brand, the Kaleidoscope of Culture will bring together global stars, renowned Serbian artists, emerging creators, and the independent art scene in Novi Sad for the seventh time. This year’s program will begin with applied arts, enriching the District from September 6th to 12th and allowing visitors to create their own kaleidoscope of events.

More than 90 artists will present their work through 10 exhibitions and 7 music programs, along with fashion shows, performances, and workshops. Featured names include Andrew Melchior, whose work is associated with world-famous figures like Björk and David Bowie, and Andrew Jones, a collaborator with global stars such as Naomi Campbell, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Diana Ross.

A special highlight of Applied Arts Week is that the entire program will take place in the District, which will be transformed into an art gallery with specially designed exhibition spaces and interactive content. This week will truly showcase how applied arts can transform and enrich urban spaces, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere for all visitors.

The Kaleidoscope of Culture consistently sets new standards with programs that have never been seen before in Serbia, and by presenting top-notch artists to the local audience in a unique artistic concept.
