Alejandro Aravena, one of the most famous architects in the world, is coming to Novi Sad during the Kaleidoscope of Culture architecture week. On October 3, an expert lecture will be held at the Barka Cultural Station with this winner of the Pritzker Prize, which represents the Nobel counterpart in architecture. Due to great interest, an additional lecture by Alejandro Aravena is organized on October 5 at 7 pm in the District, as part of the Kaleidoscope of Culture. Free entry.
Alejandro Aravena graduated from the Catholic University of Chile in 1992, and until 2005 he was a professor at Harvard. He was appointed an Honorary International Fellow of the Royal Institute of Architecture. His works were awarded the Silver Lion at the Venice Biennale as well as the Gothenburg Sustainability Award. He received the Pritzker Prize in 2016 and was the curator of the 15th Venice Biennale. Since 2020, he is the president of the jury for the Pritzker Prize.
