Wolfgang Fiel, an architect and founder of the iCP Institute in Vienna, will give a lecture on the topic ‘Shift: The Art of Transformation’ in the SPENS amphitheatre on 2 October at 7 p.m.

We live in a super-fast reality that is constantly changing and reshaping – being ONE thing means anchoring yourself in other people’s limitations. Starting an innovation requires you to focus on many things and master many skills – then, relying on your own intuition, you can leave a mark in the form of concrete change.
The fourth ‘Kaleidoscope of Culture’ will be held from 2 September until 8 October 2021. During five weeks, this yearlong project of culture of togetherness that connects artists, cultural institutions, non-governmental organisations, citizens and visitors through various processes, will present five types of art. At the end of summer, the Kaleidoscope of Culture will present spaces and programmes throughout the city, promoting a unique image of the diversity of Novi Sad.
